Finding Hope in Every Situation

Going into therapy can be an intimidating experience sometimes. There is a lot

of stigma surrounding mental wellness, even though it is a crucial part

of our overall health. Connecting to your therapist is the most important

part of therapy. This gives you the opportunity to truly be yourself and develop the trust needed to change. The importance of that connection cannot be emphasized enough, and I truly wish to put that into practice with every individual I meet. Therapy is where you are able to express feelings, fears, disappointments, achievements, dreams, and always find hope. This is how I can help you in becoming your best self.

Clinically, I love working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I have specialized training in trauma, grief (including loss of pregnancy, children, and infertility), depression, anxiety, ADHD, and sexuality.

To get to know me personally, I am compassionate, creative, and artistic. Some of my hobbies include sketching, painting, arts and crafts, sewing, hiking, and spending time in the mountains. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart and we have two kids together. We are animal lovers with two husky mixes and two cats as well. My favorite music includes classical piano such as Enya, Brian Crane, Jon Schmidt, and the Piano Guys. I also love rock music such as Red and Breaking Benjamin, and some "Oldies" such as Def Leppard, Chicago, and Boston.
