Finding Hope in Every Situation
Navigating the unknown can be scary. Life comes with ups and downs as every
cliché says but I am willing to give it a shot right by your side. As a specialist in
LGBTQ+ issues and trauma, I will help you feel supported, give you the safe space you need and the ear to listen. I hope to establish a meaningful relationship with you and to build a sense of trust that may not be matched by others in your life.
Under the supervision of Dr. Jake Andreason at Blue Theory Counseling, I have become specialized in anxiety, depression, and other diagnoses. I love to work with individuals, kids, and couples to find the right path that fits best for their needs. Just like my work style, I ask you to be willing to try new things and explore the mental health field with me through psychoeducational components and strength-based approaches.
Feel free to reach out to me anytime via email as that is the form of communication that I check most. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to hearing from you.
